1. Services

Our core offerings include tailored AI system integration, automated property analysis, and client communication workflows. To request a schedule change or a refund for a booked service, submit a notice via our Contact Us. We process refund requests within 30 calendar days of approval, issuing credits or funds via the original payment method. You may reschedule a service up to 48 hours before the start date. Certain custom consultation sessions are non-refundable due to the immediate allocation of specialized personnel and resources.

2. Information Products

Information products such as e-guides, training modules and webinars are delivered electronically. You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase provided you have not downloaded or accessed the full content. Approved refunds are processed within 14 calendar days. If you have partially accessed a module, eligibility for a refund is forfeited to maintain the integrity of our digital library.

3. Goods

Physical goods, including any branded hardware or printed materials, are covered by a 30-day refund policy starting from delivery confirmation. To initiate a refund or platform, contact our team via the Contact Us and ship items back in original condition. Customers are responsible for shipment costs unless the item is defective. Approved refunds are processed within 14 calendar days of receipt.

Extended Refund Details

All refund requests are reviewed by our team. Eligibility is verified and notifications are issued within 7 business days. Once approved, processing is completed through the original channel. You may choose to apply the refunded amount as credit towards future services. Non-refundable items and services are clearly noted at the time of purchase, and custom engagements or expedited setups are excluded due to resource commitments.
